Ligatrix LLC is a software development company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States. We design, build, and deliver custom software platforms for businesses.

When this policy refers to "Ligatrix," "we," "us," or "our," it means Ligatrix LLC. When it refers to "you" or "your," it means anyone who visits our website, uses our booking system, or accesses the client portal.

Website visitors: We collect anonymous usage data through self-hosted analytics, including pages viewed, referral source, browser type, and approximate location (country level). No personal identifiers are stored for general visitors.

Booking users: When you book a strategy call, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), and any information you include in the booking form. This data is used solely to schedule and prepare for your call.

Portal users: If you become a client and receive access to the Ligatrix client portal, we collect and store your name, email, role, session data, and all activity within the portal (messages, file uploads, approvals, and audit logs). This data is necessary to deliver our service and maintain accountability.

We use the data we collect to:

• Deliver the services you have engaged us for
• Communicate with you about your project, booking, or inquiry
• Improve our website, platform, and internal processes
• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
• Maintain audit trails for accountability and compliance

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate:

• Stripe - for processing payments. Stripe handles all payment data directly. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.
• Google Fonts - for loading typefaces on our website. Google may collect basic request data (IP address, browser info) when fonts are loaded.
• Self-hosted analytics - we run our own analytics system. No data is sent to Google Analytics, Facebook, or any third-party analytics provider.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or any advertising-related scripts on our website or portal.

All data is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure. Specifically:

• Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Portal access is role-restricted - team members only see data relevant to their function
• All portal actions are recorded in immutable audit logs with timestamps and user identification
• Session management includes fingerprinting and automatic expiration
• Database backups are encrypted and stored separately from primary systems

We take security seriously, but no system is completely immune to risk. We commit to prompt disclosure if a breach ever occurs.

You have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correct - ask us to update or fix inaccurate information
• Delete - request that we erase your personal data, subject to legal and contractual obligations
• Export - receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Object - opt out of specific types of data processing

We use minimal cookies to operate our website and portal. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that help us maintain sessions and remember preferences.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:

• Anonymous analytics data - retained for 26 months, then automatically purged
• Booking data - retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months after project completion
• Portal data - retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months after project completion
• Audit logs - retained for 7 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes

After the retention period, data is permanently deleted from all systems, including backups.

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify all active portal users by email before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
