01 - What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information about your visit, like your preferences and session state, so things work properly when you return.

We use cookies sparingly. We do not use them for advertising, tracking across websites, or building behavioral profiles.

02 - Cookies We Use

Here is exactly what we use, broken down by category:

03 - What We Do Not Use
We Do Not Use
  • Facebook Pixel or Meta tracking
  • Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager
  • Google Ads remarketing or conversion tracking
  • Any cross-site tracking or fingerprinting scripts
  • Third-party cookies for advertising or behavioral profiling
  • Cookie consent walls that force acceptance to use the site
04 - How to Control Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View all cookies stored on your device
  • Delete cookies individually or all at once
  • Block cookies from specific websites
  • Block all third-party cookies
  • Set your browser to notify you when a cookie is being set

Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the client portal from functioning. Analytics cookies can be safely disabled without affecting functionality.

05 - Third-Party Cookies

The only third-party service that may set cookies through our site is Google Fonts, which loads typefaces for our website. Google may set cookies as part of this process. We have no control over Google's cookie behavior, but no personal data is sent to Google by us.

Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies during payment flows. These are necessary for secure payment processing and fraud prevention. Stripe's cookie policy applies to those interactions.
